1.

The LCD window displays nothing after turning on MP3 player.

a. Check the battery has been inserted properly.

b. Check the battery needs to be replaced.

c. Try reinserting the battery or replacing it.

d. Take out the battery and insert it correctly after 5 seconds.

The buttons do not workable.

a. Check the "Hold" button is on. --Release the Hold button.

No sound can heard while playing MP3 files.

a. Check the volume is too low (If so, please turn it up).

b. Check the MP3 player is connected to the computer.

c. Check there have any music files in the memory.

Unable to download music files after connecting.

a. Check Management Software is setup properly.

b. Check the software is working properly.

c. Check the PC motherboard support the USB devices or need upgrade it.

   
5.

Some songs show the playback time not continuous.

Some MP3 or WMA songs use the VBR format to compress, preventing the MP3 from showing the playback time normally,
Try to compress the selection again by selecting the normal setting.

   
6.

Some MP3 songs don't play in the MP3 player.

Some MP3 songs use the MPEG 1 Layer I or Layer 2 compression format, but the MP3 player only supports the MPEG 1 Layer3 and WMA formats. The other songs may play naturally but some problem will exist in it. Try to compress the songs in the
MPEG 1 Layer3 format.

   
7.

The LCD display "Error" after turning on MP3 player.

If you format the MP3 player by windows FAT32, it will show "Error, reformat media", now you must reformat it by manager formatting tools in the MP3 player manager.

   
8.

Cannot download music files after connection.

Check the manager software is setup. And check the removable disk have shown in PC explore. If not, please check your USB devices or you have install manager software.
